Each 180mcL dose (1spray) contains: Colecalciferol  25 micrograms  equiv. to vitamin D 1000IU                                                                Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 45 micrograms

Each bottle contains 277 sprays.

Dosage:

Adults: 1 spray (180 microlitres) into the mouth once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Shake well before use.
