How to use it

Directions:

• We recommend taking Super Boost C away from your main meals.
• Mix powder in 250 mL of cold water to serve.
• Adults (ages 19+): Up to one 6 gram serve (1 ½ metric tsp) daily or as required
• Pregnant/Nursing & Ages 14-18: Up to one 3 gram serve (¾ metric tsp) daily or as required
