Please complete the below form for repeat prescriptions.

Please note - we ask for **24 hours notice** to prepare your scripts using this service, as we check our emails twice a day at 10am and 3pm. If you need your medicines sooner, please phone us on 09 373 2559 so we can ensure they are ready for you.
